单纯雾化和雾化联合机械排痰仪治疗支气管肺炎的效果对比 被引量:5

摘要 目的对比单纯雾化和雾化联合机械排痰仪在治疗支气管肺炎患儿中的效果。方法100例支气管肺炎患儿,以随机数字表法分为试验组与对照组,各50例。对照组采用单纯雾化进行治疗,试验组采取雾化联合机械排痰仪进行治疗。比较两组疗效、症状改善时间、治疗前后的炎症因子水平。结果试验组治疗总有效率98.00%高于对照组的86.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组咳嗽改善时间(4.21±1.11)d、肺部啰音改善时间(3.24±0.78)d、发热改善时间(2.24±0.45)d均短于对照组的(5.78±1.24)、(4.68±0.84)、(3.64±0.58)d,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组C反应蛋白(CRP)均较治疗前降低,且试验组CRP(7.39±3.46)mg/L低于对照组的(10.45±4.51)mg/L,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论雾化联合机械排痰仪治疗支气管肺炎效果显著,可以促进症状改善,消除炎症反应。 Objective To compare the effect of simple atomization and atomization combined with mechanical expectoration instrument on pneumonia.Methods A total of 100 children with bronchopneumonia were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with simple atomization,and the experimental group was treated with atomization and mechanical expectoration instrument.The efficacy,symptom improvement time and inflammatory factor levels before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate was 98.00%in the experimental group,which was higher than that of 86.00%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The experimental group had cough improvement time of(4.21±1.11)d,lung rale improvement time of(3.24±0.78)d and fever improvement time of(2.24±0.45)d,which were shorter than those of(5.78±1.24),(4.68±0.84)and(3.64±0.58)d in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the C-reactive protein(CRP)in both groups was lower than that before treatment in this group,and CRP of(7.39±3.46)mg/L in the experimental group was lower than that of(10.45±4.51)mg/L in the control group.The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Atomization combined with mechanical expectoration instrument is effective in treating bronchopneumonia,which can improve symptoms,and eliminate inflammatory reactions.
