摘要
目的:研究头孢曲松联合三联雾化(特布他林/布地奈德/异丙托溴铵)治疗小儿支气管肺炎对免疫功能的影响。方法:选取广西壮族自治区江滨医院2021年9月至2023年12月收治的300例支气管肺炎患儿作为研究对象,随机分为3组,A组采取头孢曲松联合三联雾化治疗,B组采取三联雾化治疗,C组采取头孢曲松治疗,另选100例同期健康体检儿童作为对照组D组,通过检测各组患儿炎症指标[中性粒细胞与淋巴细胞比值(neutrophil-to-lymphocyte ratio,NLR)、降钙素原(procalcitonin,PCT)、C反应蛋白(C-reactive protein,CRP)以及肿瘤坏死因子α(tumor necrosis factor,TNF-a)]水平,评估头孢曲松联合三联雾化治疗小儿支气管肺炎对免疫功能的影响。结果:对比患儿病程及咳嗽时间:A组病程、咳嗽时间与B组和C组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),B组与C组病程、咳嗽时间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);对比各组炎症指标水平:A组NLR、PCT、CRP、TNF-a水平均略高于D组,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);A组NLR、PCT、CRP水平均低于B、C组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);A组TNF-a水平低于B、C组,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:通过本研究发现,使用头孢曲松联合三联雾化治疗的方法能显著缩短支气管肺炎患儿的病程及咳嗽时间,并有效降低体内炎症指标水平,进一步增强支气管肺炎患儿的免疫功能。这一发现可为小儿支气管肺炎的临床治疗提供参考依据。
Objective:To investigate the effects of Ceftriaxone combined with Triple atomization(Terbutaline/Budesonide/Ipratropium bromide)on immune function in children with bronchopneumonia.Methods:300 children with bronchopneumonia admitted to Jiangbin Hospital of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region from September 2021 to December 2023 were enrolled in this study.They were randomly divided into three groups:Group A received Ceftriaxone combined with Triple atomization,Group B received Triple atomization alone,and Group C received Ceftriaxone alone.An additional 100 healthy children who underwent physical examinations during the same period were selected as the control group(Group D).The effects of Ceftriaxone combined with Triple atomization on immune function in children with bronchopneumonia were evaluated by measuring inflammatory markers,including neutrophil-to-lymphocyte ratio(NLR),procalcitonin(PCT),C-reactive protein(CRP)and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)levels in each group.Results:Comparison of disease course and cough duration among the groups:The disease course and cough duration in Group A were significantly shorter than those in Groups B and C(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in disease course and cough duration between Groups B and C(P>0.05).Comparison of inflammatory marker levels among the groups:The levels of NLR,PCT,CRP and TNF-αin Group A were slightly higher than those in Group D,but the differences were not statistically significant(P>0.05).The levels of NLR,PCT and CRP in Group A were significantly lower than those in Groups B and C(P<0.05).The level of TNF-αin Group A was lower than that in Groups B and C,but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:The findings of this study indicate that the use of Ceftriaxone combined with Triple atomization can significantly shorten the disease course and cough duration in children with bronchopneumonia,effectively reduce the levels of inflammatory markers in the body,and further enhance the immune function of children with bronchopneumonia.This discovery provides a reference for the clinical treatment of bronchopneumonia in children.
