摘要
从新工科建设出发,分析应用型本科高校计算机专业人才培养现状及创新型人才培养过程中遇到的问题。在巩固和完善现有人才培养体系的条件下,应用型本科高校要不断开放思维、拓展渠道,借助学生科技竞赛和稳定的校企合作平台,探索新工科背景下计算机专业创新型人才培养的新思路、新模式,强化创新型、复合型人才培养,提高应用型本科高校计算机专业人才培养质量。
From the perspective of the new engineering construction, this paper analyzes the current situation of talent cultivation and the existing problems in the process of cultivating innovation-oriented talents of computer major in application-oriented universities. On the condition of solidifying and improving the current talent cultivation system, the application-oriented universities should continuously expand thinking and broaden horizon, take advantage of the stable college-enterprise cooperation platform of students’ science and technology competitions to explore the new thoughts and modes of innovation-oriented talent cultivation in computer major under the new engineering background, and strengthen the cultivation modes of innovation-oriented and comprehensive talents in order to improve the talent cultivation quality of computer major in application-oriented universities.
