摘要
后疫情时代,疫情起伏对经济社会发展带来挑战和机遇,进而使得大学生择业观念与行为呈现新特点,暴露后疫情时代大学生就业“扎堆”求稳、机遇感知把握滞后、个人能力与社会行业需求错位等问题,为大学生就业指导工作提出新要求。高校的应对策略主要包括:培育积极理性应对风险挑战的择业观念、塑造善于发现和创造发展机遇的求职素养、锻造个人与社会价值相统一的行业竞争力,推进精准化就业指导服务、形成多方联动就业指导模式、完善大学生创新创业实践教育,最终提升就业质量。
In the post epidemic era,the ups and downs of the COVID-19 situation have brought challenges and opportunities to the economic and social development,which has led to the emergence of new characteristics in university students"career choice concepts and behaviors.It exposed the problems of university students"blind pursuit of stability in employment,lagging perception and grasp of opportunities,and dislocation between personal ability and social industry demand,which put forward new requirements for employment guidance.The coping strategies of universities mainly include:fostering a positive and rational concept of job selection to deal with risks and challenges,shaping the quality of job hunting that is good at finding and creating development opportunities,forging the industry competitiveness that integrates personal and social values,promoting precise employment guidance services,forming a multi-party employment guidance model,and improving university students"innovation and entrepreneurship practice education.Through these measures,universities can achieve the goal of improving employment quality.
