摘要
目的:探讨温润生肌膏治疗糖尿病足(DF)慢性创面的临床疗效和安全性。方法:采用SPSS软件将100例DF慢性创面患者随机分为试验组和对照组,每组50例,两组均予以基础治疗,对照组采用外用重组人酸性成纤维细胞生长因子换药,试验组采用温润生肌膏换药,每天1次,疗程为4周。比较两组的中医证候评分、创面面积、C反应蛋白(CRP)、血沉(ESR)、血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)、血小板衍生生长因子(PDGF)和不良反应率。结果:与治疗前比较,试验组和对照组的中医证候评分、创面面积、CRP、ESR显著降低(P<0.05),VEGF和PDGF显著升高(P<0.05)。与对照组比较,试验组治疗后的中医证候评分、创面面积、CRP、ESR显著降低(P<0.05),VEGF和PDGF显著升高(P<0.05),不良反应率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:温润生肌膏有效促进DF慢性创面的恢复,并拥有较高的安全性,具有进一步研究的价值。
Objective:To investigate clinical efficacy and safety of Wenrun Shengji Ointment in treatment of chronic wounds of diabetes foot(DF).Methods:100 patients were randomly divided into the study group and the control group by SPSS,with 50 cases in each group.Both groups were given basic treatment.The control group was treated with recombinant human acidic fibroblast growth factor externally once a day for 4 weeks,and the study group was treated with Wenrun Shengji Ointment once a day for 4 weeks.TCM symptom score,wound area,C-reactive protein(CRP),erythrocyte sedimentation rate(ESR),vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF),platelet-derived growth factor(PDGF)and adverse reaction rate were compared between the two groups after the treatment.Results:Compared with those before the treatment,TCM symptom score,wound area,CRP and ESR were significantly lower(P<0.05),and VEGF and PDGF were significantly higher after the treatment in the study group and the control group(P<0.05).Compared with those in the control group,TCM symptom score,wound area,CRP and ESR decreased significantly(P<0.05),and VEGF and PDGF increased significantly after the treatment in the study group(P<0.05).There was no statistical differences in adverse reaction rate between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Wenrun Shengji Ointment can effectively promote the recovery of DF chronic wound with its high safety,which has the value in further researches.
