摘要
玉米须(Stigma maydis)是禾本科植物玉蜀黍的花柱和柱头,玉米须多糖作为玉米须的主要生物活性成分之一,具有治疗水肿、高血压、胆囊炎、胆结石、糖尿病、肾炎等疾病的功效,对人的健康有着重要的影响,研究其结构及药理活性将有助于玉米须多糖今后在食品、药品、保健品方面研发及应用。本文基于近年来文献报道对玉米须多糖的化学结构特征以及药理活性方面的研究进行综述,旨在为今后玉米须多糖的开发利用和深入研究提供基础科学依据。
Stigma maydis is the style and stigma of maize,as one of the main bioactive components of corn silk,stigma maydis polysaccharides(SMPs)have good effect in the theatment of hypertension,cholecystitis,gallstones,diabetes and nephritis,which has important impacts on human health.It is beneficial to study its structure and pharmacological activity for the future development and application of SMPs in food,medicine and health care products.Based on the literature research in recent years,this study reviewed the chemical structure characteristics and pharmacological activities of SMPs,in order to provide a basic scientific basis for its development,utilization and in-depth research in the future.
