摘要
高钾血症是慢性肾衰竭的常见并发症,随着疾病发展进程,慢性肾衰高钾血症发生率呈升高趋势,慢性肾衰高钾血症发病隐匿,常导致患者因高钾所致心率失常、心脏骤停而失去生命。笔者查阅相关文献资料,深度剖析了慢性肾衰高钾血症之病机,认为本病病机为“阳虚毒蕴”,属本虚标实之证,提出本病治疗原则为“温肾助阳解毒”,并总结了相应的治法方药,以期为中西结合防治本病提供一定的理论依据。
Hyperkalemia is a common complication of chronic renal failure.With the development of the disease,the incidence of hyperkalemia in chronic renal failure is on the rise,and the onset of hyperkalemia in chronic renal failure is insidious,which often leads to the loss of life due to cardiac arrhythmia and cardiac arrest caused by hyperkalemia.The author reviewed the relevant literature and analyzed the pathogenesis of hyperkalemia in chronic renal failure,and concluded that the pathogenesis of this disease is“Yang deficiency and toxicity”,which is essentially a deficiency of positive Qi and a real symptom.At the same time,we proposed the principle of treatment for this disease as“warming Yang to help detoxify the kidneys”,and summarized the corresponding treatment prescriptions,with a view to providing some theoretical basis for combining Chinese and Western medicine to prevent and treat this disease.
