摘要
通过梳理历代医家对"温阳法"的认识,对北京市中西医结合医院肾内科慢性肾功能衰竭高钾血症患者进行临床观察,探究并分析慢性肾功能衰竭高钾血症的病因、病机,得出"阳虚"是贯穿于慢性肾功能衰竭高钾血症终始的主要因素。文章在中医学和现代医学的指导下,从总结李建民教授"温阳法"治疗慢性肾功能衰竭高钾血症经验入手,提出"通阳法、助阳法、补阳法",并结合临床具体病例分析为中医药治疗慢性肾功能衰竭高血钾症提供参考和依据。
Through combing the understanding of‘warming yang method’by doctors of all ages,the author makes clinical observation on the patients with hyperkalemia of chronic renal failure in our department,explores and analyzes the etiology and pathogenesis of hyperkalemia of chronic renal failure,and concludes that‘yang deficiency’is the main factor throughout the hyperkalemia of chronic renal failure.Under the guidance of traditional Chinese medicine and modern medicine,this paper starts with the summary of Professor LI Jian-min’s experience in the treatment of hyperkalemia in chronic renal failure by‘warming yang method’,puts forward the methods of‘activating yang,assisting yang and nourishing yang’,and provides reference and basis for the treatment of hyperkalemia in chronic renal failure by combining with the analysis of specific clinical cases.
