摘要
文章以农村家庭为研究样本,实证考察农村三产融合、农民共同富裕与收入分配的关系。研究结果表明:农村三产融合能够显著促进农民共同富裕目标的实现,双重差分结果同样证实三产融合政策提出与规划实施有利于农村三产融合发挥共同富裕促进效应。影响机制分析结果显示,提升农民收入水平是农村三产融合促进农民共同富裕目标实现的重要途径。进一步从农村家庭异质性特征与不同收入层次群体来看,农村三产融合更有助于提升在“三大资本”处于劣势、低收入层次家庭的收入水平,间接缓解农民收入不平等现象,促使农民收入分配状况得以改善。利用一系列收入不平等指标进行检验,亦证实了三产融合的收入分配改善效应。据此,提出“三链同构”助推农村三产融合、“多措并举”优化三产融合环境、“双向嵌入”巩固三产融合致富成果等建议,以期为三产融合政策在农村地区扎实推进、进一步优化调整提供决策参考。
This paper takes rural families as research samples to empirically investigate the relationship between the integration of rural three industries, farmers’ common prosperity and income distribution. The results show that the integration of the three rural industries can significantly contribute to the goal of common prosperity of farmers. The double difference results also confirm that the proposal and implementation of the policy of integration of three industries in rural areas are conducive to the promotion of common prosperity. The results of the impact mechanism analysis show that raising farmers’ income level is an important way to promote the goal of common prosperity. In terms of the heterogeneous characteristics of rural households and groups at different income levels, the integration of the three rural industries helps to raise the income level of households at the disadvantage of the "three capital" and low-income level, which indirectly alleviates the inequality of farmers’ income and improves the distribution of farmers’ income. Using a series of income inequality indicators to test, it also confirmed the income distribution improvement effect of the integration of three industries.Accordingly, this paper puts forward some suggestions, such as "three chain isomorphism" to promote the integration of rural three industries, "taking multiple measures simultaneously" to optimize the environment for the integration of rural three industries, "two-way embedding" to consolidate the achievements of the integration of rural three industries, so as to provide decision-making reference for the solid promotion and further optimization and adjustment of the integration policy in rural areas.
