摘要
采用热水提取、乙醇沉淀、Sevag法获得蕨麻多糖;通过体外化学模拟试验,观察了该多糖清除自由基的活性。结果,蕨麻多糖得率为3.8%;在体外化学模拟系统反应中,该多糖能显著清除羟自由基、超氧阴离子及体外培养的淋巴细胞产生的过氧化氢;蕨麻多糖对体外亚油酸脂质过氧化无明显影响。
Object of the experiment was to extract Potentilla anserine polysaccharide and to determine its effects of scavenging oxygen free radicals. The Potentilla anserine polysaccharide was extracted with hot water at 95 ℃ and precipitated by alcohol. The protein in the extractions was removed by the sevage method. The scavenging actions of the Potentilla anserine polysaccharide on hydroxyl radical, superoxide radical and hydrogen perioxide were investigated in vitro in this study. Results were as follows: The extraction rate was 3.8% . The Potentilla anserine polysaccharide can scavenge hydroxyl radical, superoxide radical in chemical imitation experiments in vitro and siginificantly inhibit the production of H (2)O (2) in splenic cells. No siginificant effect of the polysaccharidewas observed on lipid perioxidation induced by FeSO (4)-EDTA in linoleic acid. It was concluded from the results mentioned above that the Potentilla anserine polysaccharide has the siginificant antioxidant activity.
