摘要
以多元有机硅凝胶对丙烯酸酯乳液进行改性,制得有机硅丙烯酸酯聚合物,并用植物增塑剂(氯代脂肪酸甲酯)和聚丁烯复配作为增塑剂,制得环保型SAC复合密封胶。与传统丙烯酸酯密封胶相比,SAC复合密封胶力学性能、粘结性能和耐水性能均得到显著提高,能与混凝土、玻璃、铝材、釉面砖等大多数建材粘结良好,且不含有毒有害物质。
Organic silicone acrylate polymer is prepared by modifying acrylate emulsion with polysilicone gel,and environment friendly SAC compound sealant is prepared by using plant plasticizer(chloro-fatty acid methyl ester)and polybutylene as compound plasticizer.Compared with the traditional acrylate sealant,the mechanical properties,bonding properties and water resistance of SAC compound sealant have been significantly improved.It can bond well with most building materials such as concrete,glass,aluminum,glazed tiles,and does not contain toxic and harmful substances.
