硅氧烷-丙烯酸乙酯共聚物的结构与性能 被引量:19

摘要 利用红外光谱、核磁共振、透射电镜、扫描电镜和动态力学谱等方法,对硅氧烷-丙烯酸乙酯(EA)乳液共聚物的化学结构,粒子形态,胶膜的微相结构及其性能进行了研究。结果表明,硅氧烷与EA间的化学键合是改善两者相容性的基础,而采用不同的加料方法聚合,可分别获得核-壳结构和均相结构的乳液粒子,共聚物的动态力学性能和应力-应变曲线也各不相同。 The chemical structure,the latex morphology and the film microphase structure of siliconeethyl acrylate emulsion copolymers, the relatioinship between structure and properties of the coploymers were investigated by IR, NMR, TEM SEM and DMS. The results showed that the linkage between silicone and ethyl acrylate was the base of improving the compatibility of both polymers. By different feeding ways,the latex particles of core-shell structure and homophase could be obtained respecively. The dynamic mechanical properties and the stress-strain curvesof the copolymers were also different.
