摘要
通过与市售酮肟型进口防霉密封胶产品的性能对比研究,介绍了一种醇型防霉密封胶的基本性能、固化类型、理化性能、粘结性能、防霉性能等,旨在为家居装饰领域选择具有健康环保防霉性能的密封胶产品提供指导。研究结果表明,醇型防霉硅酮密封胶产品各方面性能优异,固化过程中析出的是醇类物质,不会对人体造成危害,并可通过GB/T1741—2003的0级防霉认证。
Through comparative study on the performance of imported ketoxime-type mold proofing sealant on market, the article introduces a kind of alcoholic mold proofing sealant and its basic property, curing type, physicochemieal property, bonding and mold-proofing performances, aiming at providing guidance for selection of health and environment friendly mold proofing sealant in home decoration industry. Study results show the performances of alcoholic mold proofing sealant in all aspects are excellent. The alcoholic substance dissolved out during curing process is not harmful to human body and it can pass grade 0 mold proofing certificate of standard GB/T 1741-2003.
