摘要
针对同家梁煤矿带式输送机运行故障风险大、无法自动识别故障类型等问题,进行运行状态监测与综合控制保护系统设计,采用带速、温度、拉力等模拟量传感器实时监测皮带运行参数,通过纵撕、跑偏等开关量传感器判断输送机运行故障信息,通过程序设定实现不同故障类型下系统连锁控制指令的发出,实现带式输送机的智能化监测控制。
In view of the high fault risk and inability to automatically identify fault types of belt conveyor in Tongjialiang Coal Mine, the running state monitoring and comprehensive control and protection system are designed. Belt operation parameters are monitored in real time by analog sensors such as belt speed, temperature and tension, and the fault information of conveyor is judged by switch sensors such as longitudinal tear and deviation. Through the program setting,the interlocking control instructions of the system under different fault types are issued, and the intelligent monitoring and control of belt conveyor is realized.
