摘要
山西一煤矿W1102工作面采用皮带运输方式,故障类型监测手段单一,主要为机械设备常规振动参数监测,无法实现火灾、皮带跑偏、堆煤故障监测自动化。为保证后续运输安全,分析火灾、跑偏、堆煤事故类型特性及危险性,提出温度、影像监测、烟感报警综合监测手段,通过安全闭锁作业,实现皮带运输机自动化监测监控及智能灾害扑救体系,研究成果和研究方法对于其他矿井皮带运输智能化监测具有一定指导意义。
The W1102 working face of a coal mine in Shanxi adopts a belt conveyor transportation system.The monitoring methods for fault types are relatively singular,primarily relying on conventional vibration parameter monitoring of mechanical equipment,which fails to achieve automation in monitoring fire incidents,belt deviation,and coal accumulation faults.To ensure subsequent transportation safety,the characteristics and risks of fire,deviation,and coal accumulation accidents were d.An integrated monitoring approach combining temperature,video surveillance,and smoke alarm systems was proposed.Through safety interlock operations,an automated monitoring and control system for belt conveyors,along with an intelligent disaster response mechanism,is established.The research findings and methodology hold certain guiding significance for the intelligent monitoring of belt conveyor systems in other mines.
