摘要 为了响应国家智能化矿井建设的号召,青龙寺煤矿对主胶带运输系统进行了智能化改造。分析了青龙寺煤矿主胶带运输系统智能化改造的关键技术,并分析了改造后的经济效益。结果表明,改造后主胶带运输系统可以实现无人值守,每年可节约3.067 2×10^(6)元的电费,且皮带磨损大大降低。研究可为煤矿智能化主胶带运输系统设计提供参考。 In response to the national call for intelligent mine construction, Qinglongsi Coal Mine has carried out intelligent transformation of the main belt transportation system. This paper analyzed the key technologies of intelligent transformation of the main belt transportation system in Qinglongsi Coal Mine, and analyzed the economic benefits after the transformation. The results show that after the transformation, the main belt transportation system can be unattended every day, which can save 3.067 2×10^(6)yuan in electricity bills every year, and the wear and tear of the belt will be greatly reduced. It can provide reference for the design of intelligent main belt transportation system in coal mines.
