道地药材月见草总多酚的提取工艺研究 被引量:2

摘要 以黑龙江道地药材月见草为原料,乙醇为提取剂,对月见草总多酚进行提取。以月见草总多酚提取量为考察指标,考察浸提温度、乙醇浓度、料液比和提取时间对月见草总多酚提取量的影响,优化提取工艺条件。结果表明,月见草总多酚的最佳提取工艺为浸提温度80℃、乙醇浓度70%、料液比1∶30(g∶mL)、提取时间3 h,此时,吸光度为0.632,总多酚提取量为4.47 mg/g;通过方法学考察,验证了该方法的重复性良好。 This paper used Oenothera biennis as a raw material and ethano as extractant to extract total polyphenols.The total polyphenols extraction amount of Oenothera biennis was used as the index to estimate the effect of the extraction temperature,ethanol concentration,solid-liquid ratio and extraction time on extraction amount,the process conditions were optimized.The results showed that the best extraction condition of the total polyphenols from Oenothera biennis includes:the extraction temperature was 80℃,solvent was 70%ethanol,solid-liquid ratio was 1:30,extraction time was 3 h.At this time,the absorbance was 0.632,and the total polyphenol content was 4.47 mg/g.Methodological investigations demonstrated that the test repeatability was good.
