摘要
从陆英Sam bucus chinensisL ind l.分离并鉴定了5个化合物分别为:β-谷甾醇(Ⅰ)、齐墩果酸(Ⅱ)、熊果酸(Ⅲ)、山柰酚-3-O-β-D-(6-O-乙酰基-葡萄吡喃糖)-7-O-β-D-葡萄吡喃糖苷(Ⅳ)和山柰酚-3-O-β-D-葡萄吡喃糖-7-O-β-D-葡萄吡喃糖苷(Ⅴ),化合物Ⅳ和Ⅴ为首次从陆英中分离得到。
Objective: To study the chemical constituents of Sambucus chinensis Lindl. Methods: The constituents were isolated and purified by various chromatographic methods and structurally identified by spectral analysis. Results: 5 compounds were obtained as β-sitosterol ( Ⅰ ), oleanolie acid (Ⅱ ), ursolie acid (Ⅲ), kaempferol-3-O-β-D- (6-O-aeetylglueopyranosid) -7-O-β-D-glueopyranoside(Ⅳ), and kaempferol-3-O-β-D-glueopyranosid-7-O-β-D-glueopyranoside(Ⅴ ). Conclusion: The compound IV and compound V were obtained from these plants for the first time.
