摘要
近年来,德国以其丰富的创新资源吸引了中资企业赴德投资,然而,国内对在德中资企业创新力的研究尚少。鉴于此,从以往较少探讨的跨文化视角出发,通过对在德中资企业的质性实证研究发现,跨文化因素从环境、知识、流程和产品与服务4个层面对在德中资企业创新力发展具有促进作用;同时也带来一些问题与挑战。在基于扎根理论并通过MAXQDA软件对实证研究数据进行系统分析的基础上,结合前人相关研究,总结出对在德中资企业进行创新管理的一般性原则与策略。研究旨在为在德中资企业更加主动有效地利用跨文化因素提升其创新力提供参考。
Germany with its rich innovation resources has recently attracted many cross-border investments from Chinese enterprises.But few domestic researches have been focused on the innovation capability specifically for Chinese-funded enterprises in Germany.Hence,from the cross-cultural perspective that has been less discussed in the past,through the qualitative empirical research on Chinese-funded enterprises in Germany,it is found that cross-cultural factors can play a positive role in promoting the innovation capabilities of the Chinese-funded enterprises in Germany by four aspects:environment,knowledge,process,and products and services,issues and challenges will arise simultaneously.According to the grounded theory,based on the systematic analysis of empirical research data through MAXQDA software combined with previous relevant studies,this paper attempts to summarize the general principles and strategies for innovation management of Chinese-funded enterprises in Germany,aiming to provide reference for more actively and effectively utilizing cross-cultural factors to boost their innovation.
