摘要
在我国当前城市更新背景下,针对公众对社区公共空间改造的参与度较低等问题,结合对国内外城市更新中的公众参与理论和公众参与社区更新实践案例的研究分析,探索整理能够引导公众更加广泛深入地参与社区空间更新设计决策的模式策略。创新性地提出了“联合设计工具集”的概念及工具体系,并结合涿州古城鼓楼大街沿线改造更新的实际项目初步介绍工具集的应用方法,进而实现充分了解空间的实际使用者和利益相关方的诉求、综合考虑政府决策者的要求和征询社会专业人士改造建议等完善公众参与体系的目的。
In the context of China’s current urban renewal and in view of the low participation of the public in the transformation of community public space,this paper explores and sorts out the model strategies that can guide the public to participate more extensively and deeply in the decision-making of community space renewal design,combined with the research and analysis of the theory of public participation in urban renewal at home and abroad and the practical cases of public participation in community renewal.The concept and tool system of“joint design tool set”were innovatively put forward,and the application method of the tool set was preliminarily introduced in combination with the actual project of renovation and renewal along Gulou Street in Zhuozhou Ancient City to realize the purpose of optimizing the public participation system by fully understanding the demands of actual users and stakeholders of the space,comprehensively taking into account the requirements of government decision makers as well as consulting the suggestions of social professionals for renovation.
