摘要
目的:设计构建移动医疗网络平台,提高医院应对公共卫生突发事件的防控能力。方法:搭建5G物联网平台、部署WiFi-6物联网设备,实现5G、物联网、WiFi-6在智慧医疗领域的深度融合。结果:5G物联网结合WiFi-6的移动医疗网络平台于2021年7月中旬上线,主要应用于5G智慧救护车,实现患者生命体征采集、超声诊断等数据回传;车载移动CT,实现了移动CT影像传输系统与医院PACS系统无缝连接;移动生物实验车,提高了核酸检测效率,受检人员信息与检测结果可以实时回传至医院LIS系统和国家卫生健康委信息平台。结论:基于5G物联网与WiFi-6融合的移动医疗网络平台极大扩展了移动医疗设备的使用范围,将医院信息系统建设延伸至院外,助力医院高效精准应对公共卫生突发事件。
Objective To design and construct a mobile medical network platform to improve the ability of preventing and controlling public health emergencies in hospitals.Methods A 5G IoT(Internet of Things) platform was built and WiFi-6 IoT devices were deployed to achieve the deep integration of 5G,IoT,and WiFi-6 in the field of smart healthcare.Results The mobile medical network platform of 5G IoT combined with WIFI-6 was launched in mid-July 2021,which was mainly applied in 5G intelligent ambulance to realize data transmission such as vital signs collection and ultrasound diagnosis.The mobile on-board CT enables the seamless connection between the mobile CT image transmission system and the hospital PACS system.The mobile biological laboratory vehicle improves the efficiency of nucleic acid detection,and the information of the tested personnel and test results can be sent back to the LIS system of the hospital and the information platform of the National Health Commission in real time.Conclusion The mobile medical network platform of 5G IoT combined with WIFI-6 greatly expands the application scope of mobile medical devices,extends the construction of hospital information system to outside the hospital,and helps the hospital to deal with public health emergencies efficiently and accurately.
