摘要
目的探索社区高血压患者的生活质量及其影响因素,为今后开展干预提供参考。方法采用整群抽样的方法,在黄浦区抽取1121名高血压患者进行问卷调查,问卷内容包括人口学特征、高血压防治知识、SF-36生活质量量表、高血压患者自我效能评价表等。结果 1121名调查对象中249人(24.9%)掌握高血压防治知识,生活质量总得分为(625.72±115.22)分,8个维度得分为生理机能(81.18±19.67)分、生理职能(80.71±33.05)分、躯体疼痛(82.69±18.47)分、一般健康状况(59.62±17.46)分、精力(72.65±14.40)分、社会功能(84.71±17.13)分、情感职能(84.95±31.17)分、精神健康(79.21±13.93)分。自我效能低水平26人(2.3%)、中等水平147人(13.1%)、高水平948人(84.6%),性别、年龄、自我效能水平是影响调查对象生活质量的主要因素。结论高血压患者生活质量与性别、年龄、自我效能水平紧密相关,在社区高血压健康管理中应重视自我效能对生活质量的影响,并开展针对性的干预。
Objective To investigate the quality of life （QOL） and its influencing factors among hypertensive patientsin community. Methods Using the method of random cluster sampling, 1121 patients with hypertension were investi- gated in Huangpu District by a questionnaire, which included demographic characteristics, hypertension prevention and con- trol knowledge, SF-36, self-efficacy assessment scale for hypertension, and other factors. Results Among l 121 hyperten- sion patients, there were 249 （24. 9% ） residents who mastered knowledge about preventing and controlling hypertension in community. The total score of QOL was （625.72 ± 115.22） in hypertension patients, the scores of SF-36 in eight dimen- sions were （81.18 ±19.67） in physiological function, （80.71 ±33.05） in physicalrole, （82.69 ± 18.47） in body pain, （59.62 ± 17.46） in general health, （72. 65 ± 14.40） in vitality, （84.71 ± 17. 13） in social function, （84. 95 ± 31.17） in emotional function, （79.21 ± 13.93 ） in mentalhealth. The levels of self-efficacy in low, medium and high were 26 （ 2. 3% ） , 147 （ 13.1% ） , 948 （ 84.6% ）, respectively. Gender, age and self-efficacy were main intluencing factors of QOL among hypertensive patients in community. Conclusion QOL ofhypertension patients are closely related to gender, age and self-efficacy. More attention should be paid to self-efficacy in order to improve QOL of hypertensive patients, and targeted interventions should be carried out in community-level hypertension management.
