摘要
目的:研制一台车载移动式CT方舱,以满足野外条件下CT检查需求。方法:分析CT方舱研究进展,合理布置CT方舱内部布局,对CT机选型进行对比分析,进行减振、调平校正和防护方案设计。结果:CT方舱布局合理;对CT机通过减振支架进行了减振设计,达到了CT机的减振和调平校正要求;提出了CT方舱的X线防护设计方法。结论:车载移动式CT方舱能够遂行机动,快速高效适应野外医院勤务能力,能够大力提升国内医疗机构现场救治的作业能力和作业效果,提高执行医疗救治任务中的伤员救治率,并降低伤残率和死亡率。
Objective To deveh,p a mobile CT shelter to meel the need of CT examination under fiehl eondilion, Methods The research progress of CT shelter wa.'; analyzed. The inlemal layout of CT sheher was reasonably decorated. The eomparison and analysis for CT selection were perfclrmed. The design of vibration absorption, leveling correction and protection projeels was brought out. Results The internal layout of CT sheller was reasonable. The vibration abscuption design for CT was performed tlmlugh damping support. "File requirement of" vibration absorption and leveling eorrection for CT were achieved. The X-ray protection design method ror CT shelter was put forward, Conclusion The mobile CT sheller can be used for the accompanied support by tile field hospital to decrease tile morbidity and mortalily greatly.
