摘要
在“一头三尾”聚纺一体化聚酯装置上,以特性黏数为(0.630±0.003)dL/g聚酯熔体为原料,通过熔体直纺生产“不倒绒”专用大有光三叶异形涤纶全拉伸丝(FDY),为降低生产中断头和毛丝数量,对生产工艺进行了优化。结果表明:一体化聚酯装置设计的熔体输送管道长度为90 m,熔体停留时间为15 min,熔体黏度降为0.005 dL/g,较好地减少了输送过程中的熔体黏度降;选用三叶形喷丝孔,叶片长宽比为51,同心圆放射性排列,纤维截面形状清晰;调整无风区长度为20 mm,竹本217 L原油上油,集束上油位置800 mm,喷丝头拉伸倍数1.63,可有效降低生产过程中的断头和毛丝数量;生产工艺优化后,生产61 dtex/36 f、55 dtex/36 f大有光三叶异形涤纶FDY,断头和毛丝数量分别为0.057次/(位·d)和0.3只/(位·d),产品优级品率大于98.75%,纤维断裂强度大于等于3.80 cN/dtex,断裂伸长率为(32.5±3.0)%,异形度为37%,沸水收缩率为(8.2±0.8)%。
On a"one-head and three-tail"polyester unit integrating polymerization and spinning,a bright trilobal profiled polyester fully drawn yarn(FDY)specially for unpressed pile was produced from polyester melt with an intrinsic viscosity of(0.630±0.003)dL/g by direct melt spinning.And the production process was optimized to depress the broken ends and filaments.The results showed that the length of melt conveying pipe was designed as 90 m for the integrated polyester unit and the melt residence time was set as 15 min,which well reduced the melt viscosity drop to 0.005 dL/g during the conveying process;the produced fiber showed clear section shape when the trilobal spinneret holes were selected with the blade length width ratio of 51 and radially concentric circles arrangement;the number of broken ends and filaments can be effectively reduced in the production process by adjusting the length of the calm zone to 20 mm,Takemoto 217L finish oiling,collection oiling position 800 mm and spinneret draw ratio 1.63;and the bright trilobal profiled polyester FDY of 61 dtex/36 f and 55 dtex/36 f can be produced with the number of broken ends and filaments of 0.057 times/(bit·d)and 0.3 pieces/(bit·d),respectively,the rate of top-quality products over 98.75%,the breaking strength not lower than 3.80 cN/dtex,the elongation at break of(32.5±3.0)%,the profiled degree of 37%,and the boiling water shrinkage of(8.2±0.8)%after the optimization of production process.
