摘要
三叶形大有光涤纶全拉伸丝(FDY)有较大的异形度,且单丝线密度小,在生产过程中纤维与设备、导丝器的摩擦较大,容易产生毛丝甚至断丝。针对熔体直纺55dtex/72f三叶形大有光涤纶FDY生产过程中毛丝的形成,主要探讨了缓冷区高度、油剂浓度、油剂型号、拉伸工艺等对形成毛丝的影响,并提出了控制措施。结果表明:在纺丝温度和纺丝速度等工艺参数一定的条件下,适当增加缓冷区高度、提高油剂浓度、减小拉伸倍数、改变预网络压力等有利于减少毛丝的产生;55dtex/72f三叶形大有光涤纶FDY生产过程中,选择缓冷区高度115.5mm、拉伸倍数约2.0、HL-106油剂质量分数18%、预网络压力0.035MPa时,生产工况较好,生产中毛丝较少,毛丝率约为0.7%,满卷率达98.0%。
It is easy to produce spilt even broken filaments during the production of bright trilobal polyester fully-drawn yarn(FDY)due to its high profile degree,low linear density of single filament and heavy friction between fiber and equipment or yarn guide.The effects of the annealing zone height,the type and concentration of finish oil and the drawing process on the formation of broken filament were discussed and the control measures were put forward according to the formation of broken filament during the production of 55 dtex/72 f bright trilobal polyester FDY.The results showed that the formation of broken filament could be efficiently depressed by rationally increasing the annealing zone height and finish oil concentration,decreasing draw ratio and adjusting the pre-network pressure under a certain spinning temperature and spinning speed;and the production of 55 dtex/72 f bright trilobal polyester FDY showed favorable operation situation with the low rate of broken filament about 0.7%and the full package rate of 98.0%under the conditions of annealing zone height 115.5 mm,draw ratio about 2.0,18%HL-106 finish oil by mass fraction and pre-network pressure 0.035 MPa.
