摘要
介绍了聚酯装置酯化废水的预处理工艺,并对预处理工艺所产生的绿色经济循环发展做了效益分析。酯化废水通过高效低耗的处理过程,回收获得纯度达99.5%以上的乙醛与10%的乙二醇。与常用的焚烧法相比,此工艺不仅减少了废水废气的排放,还实现了资源的再利用,给企业带来收益的同时也响应了绿色生产的号召,产生了显著的社会效益。
The pretreatment process of polyester plant esterification wastewater is introduced, and the benefits of the green economic development produced by the pretreatment process is analyzed. Esterification wastewater is recycled to obtain acetaldehyde with a purity of more than 99.5% and 10% ethylene glycol through an efficient and low-consumption treatment process. Compared with the commonly used incineration method, this process not only reduces the discharge of wastewater and exhaust gas, but also realizes the reuse of resources, which brings profits to enterprises and responds to the call of green production, and produces significant social benefits.
