摘要
[目的/意义]提出一种基于本体的疫情数据语义描述与应用方法,包括疫情数据采集、语义建模、语义转换和应用等步骤,为疫情防控情报支持的相关研究与实践提供一定的参考。[方法/过程]首先,对互联网上与疫情防控有关的新闻报道进行采集;其次,构建疫情防控本体模型,包含疫情统计数据、病毒传播链、风险地区管理和疫情防控事件共四个子本体;再次,采用哈工大LTP4.0进行文本挖掘,采用RDFLib本体编程接口对疫情数据进行自动的语义转换;最后,从语义检索、数据分析和数据可视化角度对语义疫情数据进行应用。[结果/结论]疫情数据语义描述方法能实现相关知识的有效组织与自动更新,语义疫情数据支持常见防疫问题的查询、分析和可视化呈现。
[Purpose/significance] The paper put forwards a method of epidemic data semantic description and application,which combining a series of steps such as epidemic data acquisition,ontology model construction,data semantic transformation and application,so as to provide reference for the research and practice of intelligence support for epidemic prevention and control.[Method/process] Firstly,it collects news reports about COVID-19 on the web;Secondly,it builds ontology model of epidemic prevention and control,which contains four parts including epidemic data statistics,virus transmission chain,risk area management and epidemic prevention and control events;Thirdly,it carries out text mining with HIT’s LTP4.0,transforms epidemic data into OWL format and saved into triple store TDB of fuseki with RDFLib;Finally,it puts semantic epidemic data into application through semantic retrieval,data analysis and visualization. [Result/conclusion] Semantic description method of epidemic data can organize related knowledge and realize its automatic update. Semantic epidemic data supports ordinary data query,analysis and visualization.
