国外高校科学数据生命周期管理模型比较研究及借鉴被引量：70

The Comparative Research and Reference on the Scientific Data Lifecycle Management in Foreign Universities

摘要调研国外的科学数据生命周期模型及管理模型,并据此提出高校科学数据管理框架应包含管理计划制定、数据收集管理、数据描述及归档管理、数据处理与分析管理、数据保存管理、数据共享及使用管理等几个核心阶段,最后指出我国高校科学数据生命周期管理可以借鉴的经验,包括明确责任者、规范管理过程、提升图书馆服务能力等。 This paper investigates the scientific data lifecycle models and management models at abroad. It proposes the framework of scientific data management in universities, which includes the core stages of management plan drawing, data collecting management, data description and archive management, data processing and analysis management, data preservation management, and data sharing and usage management. Finally, this paper makes some referential experiences for Chinese universities, including making contributors clear, standardizing management progresses and improving the ability of library data services.
