摘要
阐释高职院校科研在教师成长、学生成才中的重要作用,探索实现高职院校科研成果赋能教(教师与教学团队成长、教学质量提升等)与学(促进学生成才、学习效率提高等)的有效路径:转化为优质教学资源、提炼出高水平毕业设计内容、支撑职业技能大赛、创新创业比赛获奖、助力教师教学能力比赛取得好成绩等,并提供一系列可辐射、能推广的实践示范。
This paper reveals the extremely important role of scientific research in higher vocational colleges in the growth of teachers and students,and explores the effective path to realize the empowerment of scientific research achievements in higher vocational colleges in teaching(the growth of teachers and teaching teams,the improvement of teaching quality,etc.)and learning(the promotion of turning students into talents,the improvement of learning efficiency,etc.):to help teachers achieve good results in the teaching ability competition,and provide a series of practical demonstrations that can be radiated and popularized.
