摘要
科研评价体系是一个较为复杂的工程,没有统一的标准与模式。科研成果评价目前存在分类的科技成果评价体系尚未建立,具有指标单一、标准定量、结果功利、以刊评文等现象。文章通过梳理我国科研评价的相关政策,结合评价学的基本原理,构建一套有别于普通教育、多维度分级的科研成果评价体系,以便于全面评价高职院校教师从事科学研究、科学普及和社会服务等的能力和水平。
The evaluation system of scientific research is a relatively complex project,and there is no unified standard and model for it.The status quo of evaluation for scientific research achievements is as follows:no evaluation system for scientific and technological achievements,single indicators,quantitative standard,utilitarian results and arbitrary evaluation for the academic value of a paper only by periodicals.By sorting out the relevant policies and combining with the basic principles of evaluation,the paper proposes to construct a multi-dimensional evaluation system to comprehensively evaluate teachers'ability for scientific research,science popularization and social services.
