摘要
广州市开展动物固废资源化处理已有70年,目前采用了国际上较为先进的化制法,对动物固废的资源回收利用率较高,废渣制成肉骨粉用作有机肥料,废油脂制成生物柴油用作汽车燃料。通过梳理广州市动物固废资源化处理的现状,分析其收集、运输、处置、监管中的重点问题,结合当前动物固废政策法规和技术规范,提出了相关建议,为国内其他地区制定动物固废资源化处理政策提供参考。
Animal waste resource treatment has been carried out in Guangzhou for 70 years.At present,the international advanced drying method is adopted,and the resource recovery and utilization of animal solid waste are higher.The waste residue is made into meat and bone powder as organic fertilizer,and the waste oil is made into biodiesel as automobile fuel.This study combs the current situation of animal waste resource treatment in Guangzhou,analyzes the key problems in its collection,transportation,disposal and supervision,and puts forward some suggestions combined with the current animal solid waste policies and regulations and technical specifications,so as to provide reference and support for other places in China to formulate animal waste resource treatment policies.
