摘要
猪圆环病毒2型(porcine circovirus 2,PCV2)是引起猪圆环相关疾病的主要病原体,在猪场中普遍存在,是严重影响全球养猪业经济效益的重要疫病。我国自2000年首次报道以来,已鉴定多个基因型。为了解我国PCV2分子流行病学及各基因型的时空分布,本研究通过整理了2010-2020年间国内外相关文献,对各地区的PCV2感染率及其基因型进行统计和分析,为掌握我国PCV2分子流行学情况提供了具体数据,对我国PCV2的防控也具有一定借鉴和指导意义。
Porcine circovirus type 2(PCV2)virus is the main pathogen causing gross circle-related diseases.It is widespread in swine farms and is an important disease that seriously affects the economic benefits of the global swine industry.Since the first report in 2000,many genotypes have been identified in China.In order to understand the molecular epidemiology of PCV2 in China and the temporal and spatial distribution of varied genotypes,this study compiled relevant domestic and foreign literatures from 2010 to 2020,and conducted statistics and analysis of the PCV2 infection rate and its genotypes in varying regions.It provides specific data for grasping the molecular epidemiology of PCV2 in China,and has certain reference and guidance significance for the prevention and control of PCV2 in China.
