观察重组人生长激素联合引导式睡眠对矮小症儿童的治疗效果及对生长发育的影响 被引量:4

摘要 目的:观察重组人生长激素联合引导式睡眠对矮小症儿童的治疗效果及对生长发育的影响。方法:选取2017年1月至2022年1月邵武市妇幼保健院收治的矮小症儿童107例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,其中观察组54例,对照组53例。对照组给予重组人生长激素治疗,观察组给予重组人生长激素联合引导式睡眠治疗。采用酶联免疫分析法检测血清IGF-1、IGF-BP3水平;记录患儿身高、体质量、BMI、生长速率;采用儿童睡眠习惯问卷(CSHQ)、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表(PSQI)评分评估睡眠质量;观察记录不良反应发生情况。结果:治疗后,观察组治疗效果显著高于对照组,观察组身高、体质量、BMI、生长速率水平均显著高于对照组,观察组IGF-1、IGF-BP3显著高于对照组,观察组CSHQ、PSQI评分显著低于对照组,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在矮小症患儿中应用重组人生长激素联合引导式睡眠效果显著,可以提升对矮小症儿童的治疗效果,可有效改善患儿生长发育。 Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect of recombinant human growth hormone combined with guided sleep on the growth and development of children with short stature.Methods:A total of 107 short stature children admitted to Shaowu Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January 2017 to January 2022 were selected as the research objects and divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method,including 54 cases in the observation group and 53 cases in the control group.The control group was given recombinant human growth hormone therapy,and the observation group was given recombinant human growth hormone combined with guided sleep therapy.Serum IGF-1 and IGF-BP3 levels were detected by enzyme-linked immunoassay.Height,body mass,BMI and growth rate were recorded.Children′s Sleep Habits Questionnaire(CSHQ)and Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)were used to evaluate the sleep quality.The occurrence of adverse reactions was observed and recorded.Results:After treatment,the treatment effect of observation group was significantly higher than the control group,the height,body weight,BMI and growth rate of observation group were significantly higher than that of control group,IGF-1 and IGF-BP3 were significantly higher than that of control group,CSHQ and PSQI scores in the observation group were significantly lower than the control group,the difference between th e2 groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of recombinant human growth hormone combined with guided sleep has significant effect in children with short stature,which can improve the therapeutic effect on children with short stature and effectively improve the growth and development of children.
