特发性矮小症患儿血清25(OH)D、IGF-1水平与体质量的相关性 被引量:44

Correlation between serum 25(OH)D, IGF-1, and body weight in children with idiopathic dwarfism

摘要 目的检测特发性矮小症患儿血清25羟维生素D [25(OH)D]、胰岛素样生长因子-1 (IGF-1)水平,并探讨其与体质量的相关性,为患者的临床诊断提供指导。方法选取2017年1月至2019年6月期间广州市花都区妇幼保健院接诊的85例特发性矮小症患儿作为观察组,另选择同期在我院体检的50例儿童作为对照组。受检者入组后,空腹采集静脉血液标本,检测并比较两组患儿的25(OH)D、IGF-1水平、体质量和身高状况,并采用Spearman相关分析法分析25(OH)D、IGF-1、身高与体质量的相关性。结果观察组和对照组患儿的血清25(OH)D [(24.59±9.31) ng/mL vs (33.28±11.21) ng/mL]、IGF-1 [(237.16±37.33) ng/mL vs (309.35±71.52) ng/mL]、体质量[(15.67±2.01) kg/m2vs (18.42±1.65) kg/m2]、身高[(115.49±10.61) cm vs (138.35±10.09) cm]比较,观察组明显低于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患儿的体质量与血清25(OH)D、IGF-1水平呈正相关(r=0.229、0.258,P<0.05),身高与血清25(OH)D、IGF-1水平也呈正相关(r=676、0.404,P<0.05)。结论特发性矮小症患儿血清25(OH)D、IGF-1水平均较低,且其与体质量和身高呈正相关,血清25(OH)D、IGF-1水平检测对特发性矮小症患儿的病情预测及防治都具有重要意义。 Objective To detect the serum levels of 25-hydroxyvitamin D(25(OH)D) and insulin-like growth factor-1(IGF-1) in children with idiopathic dwarfism, and to explore the correlation between them and body mass, so as to provide guidance for the clinical diagnosis of the patients. Methods A total of 85 children with idiopathic dwarfism,who admitted to Guangzhou Huadu District Maternal and Child Health Care Hospital from January 2017 to June 2019,were selected as the observation group, and 50 children who had physical examination in the same hospital at the same time were selected as the control group. After the subjects were enrolled into the groups, the venous blood samples were collected on an empty stomach to detect and compare the levels of 25(OH)D, IGF-1, body mass and height of the two groups of children, and the correlation between 25(OH)D, IGF-1, height and body mass was analyzed by Spearman correlation analysis. Results The serum 25(OH)D, IGF-1, body mass, height in the observation group were(24.59±9.31) ng/mL,(237.16±37.33) ng/mL,(15.67±2.01) kg/m2,(115.49±10.61) cm, respectively, which were significantly lower than corresponding(33.28±11.21) ng/mL,(309.35±71.52) ng/mL,(18.42±1.65) kg/m2,(138.35±10.09) cm in the control group(all P<0.05). There was a positive correlation between body weight and serum 25(OH)D, IGF-1(r=0.229, r=0.258, P<0.05), and between height and serum 25(OH)D, IGF-1(r=676, r=0.404, P<0.05). Conclusion The levels of serum 25(OH)D and IGF-1 were lower in children with idiopathic dwarfism, and they were positively correlated with body weight and height. The detection of serum 25(OH)D and IGF-1 was of great significance to the prediction and prevention of idiopathic dwarfism.
