摘要
为研究外源褪黑素对荷斯坦育成牛抗热应激的效果,试验选择年龄、胎次、体重相近的25头健康荷斯坦育成牛,随机分成5组(A、B、C、D、E)。试验共12 d,第1~6 d采用皮下注射的方式给药。A组注射10mL生理盐水,B组注射10mL(0.46mg/mL)、C组注射10mL(4.6mg/mL)的褪黑素制剂,D组注射10mL(0.46mg/ml)、E组注射10ml(4.6mg/mL)的褪黑素缓释剂。结果表明,育成牛在中高度热应激状态下,外源褪黑素能够显著升高育成牛血清中T3、COR激素水平(P<0.05),同时T4激素水平升高;显著提高育成牛血清GSP-Px酶活力(P<0.05),显著降低MDA含量(P<0.05);显著降低育成牛血清HSP70含量(P<0.05);皮下注射10ml(4.6mg/mL)褪黑素制剂效果最好。
In order to study the effect of Exogenous Melatonin on heat stress in Holstein heifers,25 healthy Holstein heifers were selected and randomly divided into 5 groups(A、B、C、D、E).The trial lasted for 12 days,and the drug was administered by subcutaneous injection on the 1st to 6th day.Group A was injected with 10 mL normal saline,group B with 10 mL melatonin(0.46 mg/mL),Group C with 10 mL melatoninpreparation(4.6 mg/mL),group D with 10 mL(0.46 mg/mL)and group E with 10 mLmelatoninsustained-release preparation(4.6 mg/mL).The results showed that exogenous melatonin could significantly increase the level of serum T3 and Cor(P<0.05),and the level of T4 hormone was also increased under moderate and high heat stress,the activity of GSP-Px in serum was significantly increased(P<0.05),the content of MDA was significantly decreased(P<0.05),the content of HSP70 in serum was significantly decreased(P<0.05),and the effect of Melatonin was the best by subcutaneous injection of 10ml melatoninpreparation(4.6 mg/ml).
