摘要
以β-环糊精为壁材对绿叶挥发性物质(E)-2-己烯醛、(E)-2-己烯醇进行包合,制备了2种绿叶挥发性物质的β-环糊精缓释微胶囊。通过紫外吸收光谱、红外光谱对微胶囊进行了表征;利用紫外分光光度法定量测定了2种绿叶挥发性物质在微胶囊中的包合比,并测定了2种绿叶挥发性物质的释放速率。结果表明,β-环糊精能够与(E)-2-己烯醛、(E)-2-己烯醇形成包合物微胶囊,微胶囊中β-环糊精与(E)-2-己烯醛和(E)-2-己烯醇的包合比分别为91.6%和90.2%;22℃下,空气流速为0.1 L/min时微胶囊中(E)-2-己烯醛和(E)-2-己烯醇的释放速度分别为4.09(±0.03)×10-2、4.06(±0.07)×10-2mg/h·g。
Using β-cyclodextrin as the encapsulant to complex with two species of green leaf volatiles(GLVs)(E)-2-hexenal and(E)-2-hexen-1-ol, and obtained the GLV-β-CD microcapsule respectively. The β-CD microcapsules were analyzed by UV and FTIR spectrum. The inclusion ratioes of GLV-β-CD microcapsules were determined by ultraviolet spectrophotometry. The release rates of(E)-2-hexenal and(E)-2-hexen-1-ol were also detected. The results showed that β-cyclodextrin could form complexes with(E)-2-hexenal and(E)-2-hexen-1-ol, and the inclusion ratioes of two GLV compounds were 91.6% and 90.2%. With an airflow of 0.1 L/min, the average release rates of(E)-2-hexenal and(E)-2-hexen-1-ol from microcapsule powder were 4.09(±0.03)×10-2and 4.06(±0.07)×10-2mg/h·g respectively(22℃).
