摘要
为研究在饮水中补充沼泽红假单胞菌对肉鸡的生产性能、血清生化指标及肠道微生物的影响,选取540只1日龄AA肉鸡随机分成3组,每组180只,每组设6个重复,每个重30只鸡,包括2个试验组和1个对照组,试验1组与2组分别在饮水中添加1%、2%两个梯度的沼泽红假单胞菌,进行42 d饲养试验。试验结果表明:饮水中沼泽红假单胞菌的添加对肉鸡采食量没有显著影响(P>0.05),同对照组相比,试验1组、2组肉鸡料重比分别降低了4.89%和5.43%(P<0.05);与对照组比较,试验1、2组肉鸡血清淋巴细胞计数分别显著提高了19.85%和35.88%(P<0.05),血清超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性分别显著提高了44.78%和54.28%,过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性分别显著提高了76.3%和67.63%,丙二醛(MDA)含量分别显著降低了14.37%和5.69%;沼泽红假单胞菌的添加对肉鸡盲肠中双歧杆菌与大肠杆菌数量无显著影响(P>0.05),但显著提升了乳酸杆菌数量(P<0.05),试验2组同对照组相比,肉鸡盲肠中乳酸杆菌数量显著提高了17.84%(P<0.05)。饮水中添加沼泽红假单胞菌可以改善肉鸡生长性能,提高抗氧化能力与肠道健康,2%的添加量效果较为显著。
In order to study the effects of drinking water supplementation of Rhodopseudomonas palustris on performance,serum biochemical indices and intestinal microflora of broilers. A total of 540 oneday-old AA broilers were randomly divided into 3 groups with 180 broilers per group and 6 replicates per group with 30 broilers per body weight,including 2 experimental groups and 1 control group. Experimental groups 1 and 2 were fed with 1% and 2% Rhodopseudomonas palustris in drinking water,respectively,for 42d rearing experiment. The results showed that the supplementation of Rhodopseudomonas palustris in drinking water had no significant effect on feed intake of broilers(P>0.05),and the feed to meat ratio of broilers in experimental groups 1 and 2 was reduced by 4.89% and 5.43% compared with the control group(P<0.05),respectively. Compared with the control group,the blood lymphocyte count of broilers in experimental groups 1and 2 was significantly increased by 19.85% and 35.88%,respectively,the activity of superoxide dismutase(SOD) in serum was significantly increased by 44.78% and 54.28%,and the activity of catalase(CAT) was significantly increased by 76.3% and 67.63%,respectively. The content of malondialdehyde(MDA) was significantly decreased by 14.37% and 5.69%,respectively. The number of Bifidobacteria and Escherichia coli in cecum of broilers was not significantly affected(P>0.05),but the number of Lactobacillus was significantly increased(P<0.05). Compared with the control group,the number of Lactobacillus in cecum of broilers in test group 2 was significantly increased by 17.84%(P<0.05). The addition of Rhodopseudomonas palustris in drinking water could improve the growth performance,antioxidant capacity and intestinal health of broilers,and the effect of 2% supplemental level was more significant.
