摘要
ARIZ是TRIZ理论中解决复杂问题的一套工具。基于TRIZ理论,对卤虫卵脱壳问题进行描述,建立系统功能模型,对问题进行因果分析,确定问题关键点,并对问题关键点形成“小问题”,定义描述最终理想解和物理矛盾;运用扩展物质—场、小人法等方法,获得12个方案。经过创新解评估,在不改变系统或较小改变系统前提下,找到一种在脱壳卵脱壳过程中既能脱壳完全,又对卤虫卵没有伤害的可行的解决方案,充分验证ARIZ理论在解决复杂问题上的有效性。
ARIZ is a set of tools to solve complex problems in TRIZ Theory.Based on TRIZ theory,the problem of dehulling is described,the system function model is established,the problem is analyzed causally,the key points of the problem are determined,and the key points of the problem are formed"small problems",the final ideal solution and physical contradiction are defined.The method of extending the material-field and the small man method is used to obtain 12 solutions.After innovative solution evaluation,without changing the system or small changes in the system premise to find a shelling process in the process of dehulling can be completely shelled,but also no harm to the halogen eggs feasible solution,fully verify the effectiveness of ARIZ theory in solving complex problems.
