摘要
为了解决便携式代步车折叠车架自动折叠的问题,利用TRIZ理论的矛盾冲突矩阵和创新原理,完成折叠车架的结构设计。首先建立了折叠车架的整体三维模型,采用复数矢量法对连杆机构各运动副反力进行理论计算;再运用Ansys Workbench对折叠车架进行有限元分析,得到最大静载荷、急刹车、急转弯工况下车架的应力和变形情况;最后采用ADAMS软件对车架折叠机构进行动力学分析,获得构件在折叠过程中的角速度和角加速度曲线图,验证了车架折叠机构设计的合理性。
In order to solve the problem of automatic folding of the frame of the portable folding scooter,the structure design of the folding frame is completed by using the conflict matrix and innovative principle of the TRIZ theory.The overall three-dimensional model of the folding frame is established,and the complex vector method is used to theoretically calculate the reaction force of each kinematic pair of the link mechanism.The finite element analysis of the folding frame was carried out using Ansys Workbench,and the stress and deformation of the frame under the conditions of maximum static load,sudden braking and sharp turning were obtained.Meanwhile the ADAMS software was used to analyze the dynamics of the frame folding mechanism,and the angular velocity and angular acceleration curves of the components during the folding process were obtained.The rationality of the design of the frame folding mechanism is verified,and a new solution can be provided for the structural design of the folding frame of the portable scooter.
