摘要
ARIZ是TRIZ理论里解决复杂问题的一套工具。针对正畸扳手出现咬死,应用ARIZ理论对扳手的内部结构问题进行创新设计。通过分析扳手咬死的主要原因,进行问题描述,建立系统功能模型,根据技术系统的问题所在,采用问题模型分析,定义描述最终理想解和物理矛盾,也运用扩展物质-场、聪明小人法,获得了8个概念解决方案。经过创新解评估,得到了最优方案1个,为扳手咬死问题的有效解决提供思路,充分验证了ARIZ理论在解决复杂问题上的有效性。
ARIZ is a set of tools for solving complex problems in TRIZ theory.In view of the biting of orthodontic wrenches,the ARIZ theory has been used to innovate the internal structure of the wrench.By analyzing the main causes of wrench biting,problem descriptions and system function models have been established.According to the problems of the technical system,problem models have been used to analyze,define and describe the ultimate ideal solution and physical contradictions.The extended matter-field and smart villain method have been adopted to obtain eight kinds of conceptual solutions.After evaluation of innovative solutions,one optimal solution has been obtained,which effectively provides ideas for solving the problem of wrench biting and fully verifies the effectiveness of ARIZ theory in solving complex problems.
