摘要
当前装配式建筑数字化应用中的BIM软件间集成效率低、BIM设计软件无法与智能化加工设备对接、信息传递在装配式产业链中出现脱节等问题没有得到很好解决。本文依托BIM技术,结合计算机辅助工艺设计系统(CAPP)、企业资源计划平台(ERP)、制造执行系统平台(MES)构建装配式建筑信息管理平台。以SH市某装配式建筑项目为例,从协同深化设计、构件生产、物流运输和现场装配四个阶段,分析各阶段信息管理平台的应用情况,以期为提升装配式建筑信息化管理水平提供参考。
The problems faced in the current construction process of prefabricated buildings,such as the low integration efficiency between BIM software,the inability of BIM design software to interface with intelligent processing equipment,and the disconnection of information transmission in the prefabricated industrial chain,have not been solved well.Based on BIM technology,combined with computer aided process planning(CAPP),enterprise resource planning(ERP)and manufacturing execution system(MES),this paper constructs an assembly information management platform. Taking a fabricated project in SH city as an example,analyzes the application of information management platform in each stage from four stages of collaborative deepening design,component production,logistics transportation and on-site assembly,with a view to providing reference for improving the construction management level of fabricated buildings.
