二维码在火电调试行业仪器管理中的应用

摘要 随着火电调试行业业务范围不断扩大,所需精密仪器数量也在急速增长,为满足每台仪器在使用过程中最大限度发挥其自身价值,设计了以二维码识别技术为中心的仪器管理系统,颠覆了仪器管理的传统模式。利用二维码识别技术建立仪器管理台账,实现其智能化、信息化、精准化,最大程度满足仪器使用及维护等功能,为资产管理、出入库管理、使用查询、保养维护、工况记录、宣传等情况提供依据,为企业提高仪器管理水平提供保障。 As the thermal power industry business scope expanding,the quantity of precision instruments are needed for the thermal power debugging industry rapid growth.In order to satisfy each instrument being in use process,the maximum plays to its own value.It designs for the center with two-dimensional code identification technology of equipment management system,which changes the traditional mode of equipment management.Using two-dimensional code identification technology to establish equipment management parameter,it realizes its intelligence,information,precision,which greatest extents to meet the instrument use and maintenance functions.It provides basis for asset management,storage management,use inquiry,maintenance,working condition record,publicity and so on.It provides guarantee for enterprises to improve the instrument management level.
