摘要
在美国战略扼制和我国“双循环”发展格局下,关键新材料产业面临“有材不敢用”的国产替代应用问题,现有理论缺乏有力解释。本文从组织创新采用视角出发,选取6家代表性案例,通过探索性多案例研究方法,运用程序化扎根编码步骤,对关键新材料国产替代问题进行系统梳理。研究发现:(1)关键新材料国产替代应用分为3个阶段:有材试用、有材复用和有材常用阶段。不同阶段采用逻辑促使组织国产替代应用产生的关键驱动与障碍因素不断变化,形成组织对国产关键新材料的感知、满意和信任,激发组织国产替代意愿。(2)不同阶段遵循差异化替代应用逻辑:有材试用阶段遵循效益导向的短期合作,有材复用阶段遵循价值导向的中期合作,有材常用阶段遵循安全导向的长期合作。(3)有材试用阶段的刺激因素包括国产新材料特征及外部环境的模仿压力和政府支持;有材复用阶段刺激因素包括国产新材料的供需适配和组织期望确认;有材常用阶段刺激因素包括供应商资质和供需关系。
In the context of American strategic restraint and China’s“double circulation”development pattern,the key new material industry is faced with the problem of the substitute adoption of“the material cannot be used”,andthe existing theories lack a strong explanation.From the perspective of organizational innovation adoption,this paper systematically combs the domestic substitution of key new materials.Six representative cases were selected to make research findings through exploratory multi-case study method and programmatic rooted coding steps.The research finds the followings.(1)The domestic substitution use of key new materials can be divided into three stages includingtrial,reuse and routine.The key drivers and obstacles of different adoption logic are constantly changing,forming the perception,satisfaction and trust of domestic key new materials,and stimulating the willingness of domestic substitution.(2)Different stages follow the logic of differentiated adoption:the trial stage follows by short-term cooperation oriented of benefit;the reuse stage follows by medium-term cooperation oriented of value;the routine stage follows by long-term cooperation oriented of safety.(3)The stimulus factors include the characteristics,mimetic pressure and government supportin the trial stage;supply-demand fit and organizational expectation confirmation in the reuse stage;supplier qualification and buyer-supplier relationshipin the routine stage.
