摘要
要建设海洋强国,必须大力发展海洋通信覆盖技术。目前传统蜂窝通信无法实现深海通信覆盖,因此本文基于通信建设原则,创新采用“大功率微波散射+蜂窝通信+平台间海缆”的组合方式,以解决深海作业通信覆盖面不足的问题。根据实际情况,通过海上平台无线基站、远洋传输与运营商核心网的组合方式共同搭建远洋通信网络,能最大效率地实现远海作业平台及周边海域的通信覆盖。
To build a ocean power,we must vigorously develop ocean communication coverage technology.At present,traditional cellular communication cannot achieve deep-sea communication coverage.Therefore,based on the principle of communication construction,this paper innovatively adopts the combination of"high-power microwave scattering+cellular communication+inter platform submarine cable"to solve the problem of insufficient communication coverage of deep-sea operations.According to the actual situation,through the combination of offshore platform wireless base station,ocean transmission and operator core network,the ocean communication network can be built together,which can maximize the communication coverage of offshore operation platform and surrounding waters.
