基于Roy适应模式的情景教学法在儿科临床护理教学中的应用效果 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨基于Roy适应模式的情景教学法在儿科临床护理教学中的应用效果。方法选取2020年1月-2021年11月在本院儿科实习的60名护生为研究对象,按照计算机编号的单双数分为2组(各30名)。其中30例实施常规带教模式,设为对照组;另30名实施基于Roy适应模式的情景教学法,设为观察组。比较2组护生考试成绩、综合能力评估、教学趣味性、带教满意度。结果观察组考核成绩、综合能力评估、教学趣味性评估、护生满意度均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在儿科临床护理教学中应用基于Roy适应模式的情景教学法,可明显提高护生对理论知识与操作技巧的掌握情况,提升其综合学习能力,增强护理带教的趣味性,促进师生关系和谐发展。 Objective To explore the application effect of situational teaching method based on Roy Adaptation Model in pediatric clinical nursing teaching.Methods 60 nursing students who practiced in pediatrics in our hospital from January 2020 to November 2021 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into two groups(30 cases in each group)according to the odd and even number of computer number.Among them,30 cases were treated with routine teaching mode and set as the control group.The other 30 cases implemented the situational teaching method based on Roy adaptation mode and were set as the observation group.The test scores,comprehensive ability evaluation,teaching interest and teaching satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results The examination results,comprehensive ability evaluation,teaching interest evaluation and nursing students'satisfaction in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of situational teaching method based on Roy Adaptation Model in pediatric clinical nursing teaching can significantly improve the mastery of nursing students'theoretical knowledge and operation skills and improve their comprehensive ability.Combine learning ability,enhance the interest of nursing teaching,and promote the harmonious development of teacher-student relationship.
