摘要
目的探讨罗伊适应模式在改善急性心肌梗死康复期患者治疗态度和生存质量中的护理效果。方法选取2010年4月-2012年1月进行治疗的58例急性心肌梗死康复期患者为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组和观察组,每组各29例,对照组进行常规的护理干预,观察组则以罗伊适应模式进行干预,将两组干预前及干预后3个月、6个月的治疗态度及生存质量进行比较。结果观察组干预后3个月、6个月的治疗积极性及生存质量均优于对照组,P均<0.05,差异有统计学意义。干预前两组患者的情感角色、精力、心理健康、社会功能、机体功能、生理功能、疼痛及总体健康状态评分比较,P均>0.05,而干预后3个月及6个月观察组均高于对照组,P均<0.05。结论罗伊适应模式可有效改善急性心肌梗死康复期患者治疗态度和生存质量,有利于促进患者的康复。
Objective To study the nursing effect of Roy adaptation mode in improving the therapeutic attitude and quality of life of patients with acute myocardial infarction at rehabilitation period. Methods All 58 patients with acute myocardial infarction at rehabilitation period in our hospital from April 2010 to January 2012 were selected as research object, and they were randomly divided into control group and observation group with 29 cases in each group, the control group were intervened with routine nurs- ing, the observation group were intervened with Roy adaptation mode, then the treatment enthusiasm and life quality of two groups before and after the intervention at third and sixth month were compared. Results The treatment enthusiasm and life quality of observation group after the intervention at third and sixth month were all better than those of control group, the differences were all significant (P 〈 0.05 ). Before the intervention, the patients in both groups showed obvious difference in the emotional role, ener- gy, mental health, social functioning, bodily functions, physiological function, pain and general health status score comparison ( P 〉 0.05) ;3 and 6 mouths after the intervention,the observation group were better than the control group(P 〈0.05). Conclusion The Roy adaptation mode can effectively improve the therapeutic attitude and life quality of patients with acute myocardial infarc- tion at rehabilitation neriod.and it is benefit for nromoting the rehabilitation of patients.
