摘要
目的探讨麦粒灸的治疗疾病谱,了解麦粒灸的发展现状。方法检索中国知网(CNKI),万方数据库以及中国生物医学文献数据库2011年—2020年关于麦粒灸的临床研究文献,采用文献计量学分析方法对其研究疾病、文献来源及年度分布分别进行统计分析。结果根据检索到的所有与麦粒灸相关的临床文献,总共纳入文献542篇,通过分析与整理,排除不符合标准的文献,最终确定符合标准的文献共221篇,涉及病症61种。麦粒灸常用于治疗神经系统以及肌肉骨骼系统和结缔组织的疾病,涉及的具体病症中,以恶性肿瘤的后期化疗,卒中后遗症,面瘫居多,涉及穴位144个,足三里穴使用频次最多,其次为关元穴、肾俞穴、气海穴和阿是穴。结论麦粒灸具有广泛的适应证,可用于治疗临床各科疾病,使用频率也在逐年增加,这一针对性强、起效迅速的疗法为临床治疗提供了新思路。
Objective To explore the therapeutic spectrum of moxibustion with seed-sized moxa cone,and understand its development status.Methods The clinical research literature on moxibustion with seed-sized moxa cone from 2011 to 2020 was retrieved from China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI),Wanfang Data and Chinese Biomedical Literature Database,and bibliometrics was used to analyze the study diseases,literature sources and annual distribution.Results A total of 542 clinical literature related to moxibustion with seed-sized moxa cone were retrieved.After elimination of the articles failing to conform to the criteria,221 were eventually included,involving 61 diseases.The moxibustion with seed-size moxa cone was usually used in the treatment of nervous system,musculoskeletal system and connective tissue diseases.Among the specific diseases,late-stage chemotherapy of malignant tumors,sequelae of apoplexy and facial paralysis were dominant.There were 144 acupoints involved,among which Zusanli(ST 36)was most frequently used,followed by Guanyuan(CV 4),Shenshu(BL23),Qihai(CV 6)and ashipoint.Conclusion Moxibustion with seed-sized moxa cone has a wide range of indications,and can be used to treat various clinical diseases,with increasing usage frequency year by year.This therapy has targeted and rapid effect,and provides new ideas for clinical treatment.
