摘要
目的:观察电针对女性混合性尿失禁(MUI)的治疗效果。方法:42例女性混合性尿失禁患者应用单纯电针治疗。治疗前后分别应用国际尿失禁咨询委员会尿失禁问卷简表(ICI-Q-SF)、排尿日记和24 h尿垫试验对患者尿失禁进行评估。结果:42例患者治愈率为14.3%,有效率78.6%。治疗前后ICI-Q-SF评分从16(2.25)降至8(3.5);24 h尿失禁发作次数从3(3)降至1(1.3);24 h漏尿量由(39±26.1)g降至(18.6±12.5)g;以上指标变化差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:电针是MUI的一种有效治疗手段。
Objective： To investigate the effect of electro - acupuncture for treating female patients with mixed urinary incontinence （MUI）. Methods：42 women with MUI were recruited to take electro- acupuncture thera- py for eight weeks. The International Consultation on Incontinence questionnaire short form （ ICI - Q - SF） score, the number of incontinence episodes and urine leakage were measured before and after the treatment. Re- suits：The cure rate and response rates were 14.3% and 78.6% respectively for electro -acupuncture. After eight weeks treatment the ICI - Q - SF score dropped from 16（2.25） to 8（3.5 ） ; the number of incontinence episodes fell from 3 （3） to 1 （ 1.3 ） ; the urine leakage decreased from （39 ± 26.1 ） g to （ 18.6 ±12.5 ） g. All the differences were significant（P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion：The electro - acupuncture is a kind of mean to treat MUI.
