摘要
为了降低粗精煤泥灰分,提高精煤产率,鲁西选煤厂对粗煤泥处理工艺进行了技术改造,采用DZSN3028三质体智能高频细筛替换原精煤泥弧形筛。改造结果表明:DZSN3028三质体智能高频细筛解决了原精煤泥弧形筛跑水、跑粗、筛上物料灰分高的问题,使筛上物灰分由11.21%降至9.00%,筛上物料中>0.3mm粒级含量由80.10%提高至91.71%。
With an aim to reduce the ash of the cleaned coarse-grained slime for attaining a higher yield of clean coal product,work is made by Luxi Coal Preparation Plant on the technical transformation of the cleaned coarse slime treatment process,with the application of the DZSN30283-mass intelligent high-fre-quency fine screen to replace the sieve bend originally used.Practice shows that with the use of the fine screen,the problems previously encounted,such as water leakage,presence of oversize in undersize ma-terial and high ash of oversize material,have been eliminated,making it possible for the screen oversize to reduce its ash from 11.21%to 9.00%and its content of>0.3 mm size to rise from 80.10%up to a high level of 91.71%.
