摘要
分析了薛湖选煤厂煤泥系统分级浓缩中存在的问题,阐述了实用新型设备——三产品旋流分级筛的工作原理,并介绍了该设备在0～1 mm粒级煤泥分级浓缩中的应用效果。生产实践表明,该设备可实现煤泥的高效分级浓缩,大大降低了原水力旋流器存在的"底流夹细、溢流跑粗"的弊端,为煤泥高效分级浓缩提供了一个全新的技术思路。
The paper analyzed the issues existed in coal slime separation system of Xuehu coal prepara- tion plant, elaborated the working principle of the utility model three products cyclone sizing screen, and introduces it＇s application result in the 0 - 1 mm size coal slime classification and thickening process. The production practice shows that, the device can realize high efficient classification and con- centrate in coal slime separation process, greatly reduced the problem of ＂the fine particles entrained in underflow and coarse particles entrained containing＂ common in coal slime separation process, so it pro- vide a new technical ideas for coal slime high efficient separation.
